Request: Add BRASnet IRC Network to Default Server List #2721

Hello KVIrc Developers,

My name is Thiago Ventura, a representative of the BRASnet IRC network.

I would like to formally request the inclusion of the BRASnet network into KVIrc's default server list (serverdb.kvc). This will improve visibility and ease of connection for users in the Brazilian community.

BRASnet is an active and established IRC network, and we maintain standard connection ports.

Network Details for Inclusion:

Details for the serverdb.kvc structure:
Network Name (for Grouping): BRASnet
Default Server: irc.brasnet.chat
Default Ports: 6667 (standard) and 6697 (with SSL flag/prefix)

Please let me know if there is a specific format you require, such as a JSON or a section of the KVC file, or if you prefer a Pull Request with the changes.
