   Seconded: requiring an online policy will be problematic in some of my environments (e.g. companies that will consider it is not acceptable that such information, valuable to an attacker, be stored outside their premises ; also fear that account take-over of one of our maintainers could lead to silent policy changes etc in a way or another).
