(GTK) Main build crashes on config reload w/ direct zig build run

Issue Description

I'm trying to narrow down a crash I'm experiencing on Linux which triggers on font size, but I'm hitting this crash on a main build. Perhaps there's something really wrong with my setup, sounds too easy to hit to go unnoticed...?

EDIT: I noticed that this only happens with sudo zig build run -fno-sys=gtk4-layer-shell, but not if I first do sudo zig build -fno-sys=gtk4-layer-shell (without run) and run the zig-out/bin/ghostty after.

Expected Behavior

Ghostty doesn't crash =)

Actual Behavior

It crashes! =(

Reproduction Steps

1. Run sudo zig build run -fno-sys=gtk4-layer-shell
2. Reload config (w/ either ctrl+shift+, or the menu option)
3. Crash

I looked into this and found a bug in the code that handles global shortcuts, which is triggered when a D-Bus connection can't be opened. The GlobalShortcuts.refresh function (in src/apprt/gtk/class/global_shortcuts.zig) will create an arena when Ghostty starts up. When you reload the configuration refresh is triggered again which calls close to clean up the old arena but that function exits early because there is no D-Bus connection. Then the assertion priv.arena == null is triggered in refresh.

From the stack trace in your logs, it seems like exactly that assertion fails and the line warning(glib): WARNING: Gtk: Unable to acquire session bus: Failed to execute child process “dbus-launch” (No such file or directory) indicates that a D-Bus connection could probably not be opened. My guess is that the D-Bus Connection fails because you do zig build run with sudo, but when you did sudo zig build you only ran the build with sudo and then zig-out/bin/ghostty without sudo?
