Request to fix annoyances with the split grab handle

What do you want to change?

Hey, I'm an active Ghostty user who just updated to 1.3.0 and I became extremely annoyed with the split grab handle because it is not something that I use, it's just a little eyesore for me. I think Ghostty should have a flag to disable this grabber, or it should only show up when your mouse is near the top of the window. I have discussed this on discord as well (https://discord.com/channels/1005603569187160125/1480704960592347238).

Why do you want to make this change?

I want to add a flag to disable this button because it's annoying me personally and I know I'm not the only one (other people complained on discord).

Please find the active discussion for this and we can talk about it more. I want to explore other ways to detect and disable this instead of a blanket disable config for now.
