Add PID and TTY to TerminalEntity

What do you want to change?

I'd like to add PID and TTY properties to TerminalEntity in App Intents, as described in #10756. I already have an implementation in PR #10983.

Why do you want to make this change?

I use Ghostty with multiple Claude Code sessions open in different tabs. As the number of sessions grows, the cognitive load of tracking which tab is running which task becomes high. I wanted to build something that lets me see session information at a glance, and TTY was needed for that.
