What do you want to change?

I would like to fix the phantom mouse drag issue described in #11203

The suppressNextLeftMouseUp flag introduced in #11167 wasn't being reset on focus transitions, causing stale state. I basically backtracked it to reset the state on focus loss; seruman@7b7e881

Used Claude Code for navigation and review; I'm not experienced in Swift tho I believe I understand the issue.

Why do you want to make this change?

I use the tip channel and this was driving me crazy; unexpected selections on pane/app/tab switches and unexpected scrolls depending on cursor position.
