Add support for SGR dim

What do you want to change?

I'd like to add support for SGR dim to the corresponding terminfo entry (this line).

Why do you want to make this change?

Without this change, Ghostty won't render dim text from TUIs that emit it via SGR instead of the raw escape sequence (like Neovim). I'm currently patching the terminfo entry in my dotfiles, but I'd like to upstream that.

To reproduce:

printf '\033[2mThis should be dim\n'
printf '%bThis should be dim\n' "$(tput sgr 0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0)"

The first printf produces dim text, the second one doesn't.
