Implement quick-terminal-screen for Linux/Wayland

What do you want to change?

I'd like to add support for the quick-terminal-screen config option on Linux setups running Wayland. I had started this as a discussion just before the vouch system was added, and didn't notice it until I opened a PR.

Why do you want to make this change?

I like having a "quake" style quick terminal, and prefer to have it stick to my primary monitor, but it doesn't currently work on my setup. I also very much enjoy writing code, and wanted to use this as an opportunity to challenge myself.
