RTL Support

[aalhendi]

What do you want to change?

I'd like to start working on minimal RTL support for single lines #1442. Ghostty looks like a cool terminal and I've had some fun using it recently.

Why do you want to make this change?

I work with RTL text a whole lot. It's quite a pain right now having to switch terminals all the time. Even some initial support would benefit users quite a bit.

I acknowledge that:

• I have read the Contributing Guide and understand the contribution process.
• I have read and agree to follow the AI Usage Policy.
• I wrote this vouch request myself, in my own voice, without AI generating it.
