Make quick-terminal titled to achieve rounded corners (and tabs optionnally)

What do you want to change?

I'd like to implement the feature discussed here #8666.

What exists

A currently opened pr #9960 tried to resolve this by manually masking those corners.
I tried to use this build but the implementation had issues.

What I already did

So, I tried a different approach which is to use macos native rounding by bringing back the titlebar.
It matches the main ghostty window rounding.

I added a quick-terminal-decoration for consistency. (accepts bool)
I then made this option have a different default depending on the quick-term position.

Why is it not yet implemented

Mitchell mentionned that the problem with the titlebar in qterm was that it breaks the in/out animation.
I replicated the bug with position=top and decoration=true
Managed to fix it by overiding constrainFrameRect(_:to:)

Didn't do (yet)

I didn't implement the client|server values because I'm not sure the implication for the qterm
I can try to implement manual rounded corners if this is the prefered path but I find it inconsistent with main winodw

Note

Bringing back the titlebar enables the use of native tabs in the qterm.
Which could be a temporary fix for quick-term tabs. (I'm aware of #9857)

Why do you want to make this change?

In #8666 mitchell said the rounded corners in a centered quick-term should probably default.
I agree with that and I fixed the sole reason it wasn't implemented yet. (titlebar affecting animation path).
I'm running those changes locally and I wan't them merged so that I don't have to maintain my fork.
