• The new tag-resolution path is not covered by the integration workflow: the existing ref jobs exercise only a branch and a commit SHA (.github/workflows/download.yml:97-127). Since this is the implementation intended to close #245, add coverage for a tag—ideally an annotated tag—to verify it resolves to the expected head_sha and selects the intended workflow run.
