Label is created at a wrong position #11682
Description
- Have a clip starting from a non-zero time mark
- Add a region label after the clip
- Click to select it
- Move the playhead so that it overlaps the clip
- Press
Cmd+Bor Edit > Label > Add Label - Observe: the label is created at either the zero time mark or at a random position within the region label (see the video).

The label position is determined only by the track selection, if you move the playhead you do not move the selected track, so the label will be created at the last selection position.
Also, a label being selected does not result in the respective track length being selected, that is why you get this behavior.
Maybe a potential solution would be for new label positions to be determined in this way: get the position of the current track selection if start > end (visible selected track) otherwise use the playhead position
