Detect if underlying file has change between when diff was computed and apply #13

Closed

Description

@ezyang

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Prompt Claude to make a change
  2. After Claude proposes a diff, edit the file
  3. Accept Claude's change

Expected result: Claude code says something about the file having changed underneath
Actual result: It seems to just directly YOLO the apply? Not exactly sure what it's doing, but it definitely doesn't report anything.
