Drop leftover Cirrus CI config and fix the linkcheck job - #335

Cirrus CI shut down on 2026-06-01 (#298) and has not reported on any commit since May, so .cirrus.yml no longer runs and the README build badge points to an unreachable host. Remove the config, point the badge at the GitHub Actions workflow, and tell Sphinx linkcheck to skip anchor checks on json-schema.org (rendered client-side) and coveralls.io (403 for bots).

The
linkcheckjob in the tests workflow has been failing onmain(e.g. https://github.com/abravalheri/validate-pyproject/actions/runs/36811436617) with four broken links:.cirrus.ymlfor FreeBSD only, but the last Cirrus check run onmainis from 2026-05-01, andcirrus-ci.comno longer answers. This PR removes.cirrus.ymland points the README "Built Status" badge at the GitHub Actionsci.ymlworkflow. That means FreeBSD is no longer tested anywhere. If you want it back, avmactions/freebsd-vmjob in GHA could take over; I left that out to keep this change small.#formatanchor even though the link works in a browser. This addslinkcheck_anchors_ignore_for_url = [r"https://json-schema\.org/"], so the page itself is still checked but its anchors aren't.linkcheck_ignore.Testing:
tox -e linkcheck -- -qlocally:main: the four broken links above,linkcheck: FAIL;linkcheck: OK.
