Add list of XLibre drivers without ebuilds #13
Description
We should add a list of the XLibre xf86 drivers without corresponding ebuilds in the overlay to inform users of what is missing. Too there should be a call to action to open a ticket if someone is missing a driver ebuild to see if there is still the need to maintain the drivers in XLibre.

I have an ebuild for nv in my overlay, which I can add here too.
