Retake docs screenshots for the 1.0 UI (build watch, wp-admin link, ticket facts) #298

Why

#297 corrected the guide's text for what shipped since v1.0.0-beta.1, but three screenshots still show the pre-1.0 UI:

• docs/public/screenshots/site-view.png — no Build watch button, no wp-admin link.
• docs/public/screenshots/setup-wizard.png — shows the old four-click checklist rather than the self-starting chain.
• docs/public/screenshots/trac-ticket-panel.png — no ticket-facts card (summary/status/milestone/component/keywords), no "Read details from Trac" link.

What to do

Retake them with the existing shots harness (scripts/screenshots/, npm run shots) against a site that exercises the new UI — see the note in docs/guide/docs.yml's comment on why screenshots are committed rather than captured in CI.
