   Closing: verified against current main (e305a774beed).

   Qwen Code CI passed on main at 127c2ab90488 (https://github.com/QwenLM/qwen-code/actions/runs/40564671642) and on the following pushes.

   The reported signature (src/commands/review/cleanup.test.ts > … > keeps the run alive when the post-kill UNLINK fails) has not recurred since.

   Reopening: the earlier closure relied on non-recurrence after green CI, which did not establish a fix. Current main at 4fa6fdc still calls runCleanup without pinning process liveness in this case. PR #15751 adds the missing stub but is still open; this issue should stay open until that fix lands.
