What is the current behavior?

DevToys 2.0 lacks of Text Utilities tool

What is the new behavior?

Added Text Utilities tool to DevToys 2.0.
It includes some changes compared to DevToys 1.0:

1. Support of \r\n, \r and \n line break (DevToys 1.0 only supports \r\n)
2. Added some buttons to convert the line break to \r\n and \n (didn't do \r because it's only supported on MacOS 9 and older)
3. As part of the analyze we perform, we now indicate whether the text uses \r\n, \r, \n or a "mixed" set of line break characters.

This PR depends on changes introduced in #983
