changes the update button to use SVG instead of PNG

Resolves #6450

As discussed in chat:
Remove old update button resources since they're now unused
Make the buttons with straight lines instead of pixelated like the old png
Change the color to match the cogwheel/accounts button

• Updated to be straight lines.

• Changed colour to match settings cog on Light and Dark themes.

Since the cog is redrawn every time at 70% opacity it will always be different every theme.
Not sure if we want this same functionality for the update button.

Colors don't match properly - use the accounts icon as a base instead. (i.e. #aaaaaa for the dark mode icon, and #444444 for the light mode icon)

I redrew these based on the existing icons, so they’re basically derived from Chatterino’s own assets and are licensed under Chatterino’s license.
