This PR aims to fix an issue where opening the edit hotkey dialog (at least on Sway) opens the dialog as a plain window instead of a pop-over dialog, like every other dialog. For me, this causes the window to tile which is annoying.
Also dropped an unused param which must've been left around from original hotkey development.
