Defer the bundled backend compaction fix until after the release by reverting the three Python build changes from #684. Restore
mlx-vlm>=0.7.0, remove the local-source handling added for the Git commit pin, and delete its dedicated test. The Nativ application changes from #684 remain in place.Validation: all 43 macOS release-script tests passed; verified the three files exactly match their pre-#684 state, valid Python syntax, and a clean whitespace check. The bundled server was not rebuilt.
