This post is a sticky.
Scroll below to see, if there might be new entries.

Announcement:

I think most of you (who still check here) recognized that LJ gets abandoned more and more.
All those DDoS attacks of last year made a lot of people leave to other social sites. And with the recent plans/changes even more people will leave.
With all this I don't see a reason for all the technical updates over here. To be honest, I don't know, if there's anyone still checking the comm.
That's why I decided to stop promotion at LJ.
The comm will remain, I won't delete it.
And it's still possible to post entries, I'll keep maintaining them. Same goes for adding new comm members, if there's still interest. I hope I won't miss notifications, if it takes me more than two or three days feel free to send me a reminding message.

Stopping at LJ, the place I started promotion more than four years ago, doesn't mean, I completely stop promoting.

I put all the bands I promote together in a project named 黒い霊魂の応援集結所 (short: Kuroi Reikon or KR). There are other places as well where I spread stuff and I decided to focus on my official blog at Ameba and my homepage. Information will be posted there. News mainly at Ameba. I have a few sections in the homepage that I regularly update and I will go on with this as I did in the past.

Feel free to follow me at one (or more) of the following sites:
黒い霊魂の応援集結所 homepage
黒い霊魂の応援集結所 official blog
黒い霊魂の応援集結所 Facebook page
黒い霊魂の応援集結所 Twitter

黒。

I'm sorry, if you find this message more than once on your FL, I've crossposted this to all the comms I own.

Did you hear about J-ROCK EXPLOSION 2012 「華麗なる激情-Splendid Violent Emotion Vol.3」 (karei naru gekijou)?
It's an event presented by DANGER CRUE x SHINJUKU LOFT taking place at EBISU LIQUIDROOM at July 28th.

The special thing about it is a voting for the opening act.
And since GAKIDO is one of the acts we can vote for them to get up there.
By now they do rank at 5th place.
But there's still some time left for voting, because it ends July 15th, so let's vote everyone.
It's possible to vote once a day, so the more do the better their changes are.

This is the voting link.

And if you are interested in more information, updates etc. you can check out the general site.

And there it is, they updated their OHP.

The new band pic, wow, it's just beautiful. I really do like it a lot.

They layout didn't really change, the basiscs are the same, they only changed the colors, but I really do like this layout, so I'm pretty fine with this.

After a long wait (at least I did wait and expect this after Yuu left the band two months ago) there finally are profile pics for their Ameba blogs. So far the OHP didn't get updated, so stay curious on the band pic.

28th-Jan-2012 07:37 pm - Rule change
我羇道
gakido_x
k_r_kuro
From now on I changed one rule:

☆Posts should be made public!

In the past I followed what quite some communities go along by, posts being friends locked, so that only community members can see them. But actually the community shall promote this band, so the more people can see the entries, the better it is.

Feel free to share your opinion on this in a comment, I'd like to know about it.

12th-Mar-2011 01:12 am - Earthquake
遠幸
gakido_x

I guess most of you heard about the earthquake and Tsunami hitting Japan on 03.11.
Since a lot of Jrockers update their blogs/Twitter/whatever with messages about being fine I'll post this through every community that I maintain.
I'm sorry for some people might get spammed by this.
But there probably are people who can't read Japanese and are worried.

Regarding Gakido gladly all six members are fine.

15th-Feb-2010 09:49 pm - Welcome
遠幸
gakido_x
kuzuki
Hello everybody.
Welcome to gakido_x.

The cirumstances that made me realize there's no community for this wonderful band are anything else but good. But I think a place for all the fans to meet is a nice idea.
Not just now to share the pain but also in the future (that the band hopefully can use for more activity).

It'll take me a few days to set up everything so please be patient.
I'll come up with a layout for both, the comm and the user info, add rules and so on.
Please always keep an eye on the rules, I might change them from time to time.

I hope you enjoy your stay here.

I also might edit this post when I finished with the rest.

[EDIT]2010.02.24

As you can see I finished with the layout (by last weekend).
I'm still not through with everything, there's a userpic missing and I also will have to work on some promotional banners.
If anybody is interested in such a banner for linking it to the comm to make it more known, let me know about it here. So far I didn't plan to include such a banner into the user info because there never seemed to be much approval found for the other comms I maintain. But I'll change it, if the comm's members are interested.[/EDIT]
