Welcome to the Sip The Tea podcast, where we spill the tea on the digital lives of today's teens!

Hosted by Rachelle Kruger, the CEO and founder of FYI play it safe, this podcast takes you on an insightful journey into the online experiences of teenagers.

In the first season which launched October 2023, Rachelle, along with presenter Amy MacIver, delves into crucial themes impacting teens' online lives. From cyberbullying and online grooming to exposure to pornography and upsetting content, each episode is a deep dive into the challenges and dangers teens face online.

Sip the Tea - Season 2

Join Rachelle Kruger and child psychologist Elliott Kotze for Season 2 of the popular Sip The Tea podcast, with bite-sized, 15-20 minute episodes on “How to Talk to Your Children About the Important Stuff.”
