wow, i just rediscovered my livejournal. I haven't written in soooo long! Since April of 2009, a lot has changed! I have a real job. I am actually really important now! It's a crazy feeling. I am training assistant for AgLaw. Basically in charge of making sure all of our 300 officers are up to date on their mandatory retraining required to keep up their certifications... i am in charge of the field training officer program. there are a handful of other things too.
A lot of my friends moved out of tallahassee, but I have evolved into a new group of friends. I currently live with Sam... Travis is in Korea and comes home in less than 3 months! Kevin and Katie lived with me for a year, but have since moved away. Josh spent a year in Korea as well...
I have made really good friends with Shiloh and Jaime and I will be in their wedding in November. I am excited for football season in a few months. I have season tickets for the second year in a row since graduation. Last year I missed my first home football game since i moved to Tallahassee due to the swine flu. Does anyone know of any ink cartridge recycling/donation programs offered in Tallahassee? I work for a state office and we were previously taking our empty cartridges to the animal shelter because they received money for recycling them. The animal shelter stopped doing this and we have a whole bunch of cartridges that could go to a good home. Any ideas?
April has been treating me well! The first weekend was the Spring game that we actually never made it to... haha. We ended up making friends with some Terps and played a serious amount of beer pong and flip cup. I dog sat that weekend and made some mula.
I went home for Easter and enjoyed my time with the fam. I went boating, went to a Thresher's game, went out in Tampa Palms with my sister and Whitney...
Last weekend my sis, her hubby, their dog, whitney, and dennis all came to visit! We went downtown for dinner and drinks on Saturday and on Sunday a group of approx 20 of us attempted to float down the chipola river. since the recent flooding was causing a strong current, we were turned away once we drove there. I was super bummed at first, but we got back in the cars and traveled to chipley, fla to see florida's largest waterfall and falling waters state park. Also, we saw a bunch of sinkholes and swam in a dirty lake ha. Then a few of us headed to Chattahoochee, FL to go to Jana's friends' house. They had a lake with 300 acres of land. We made our own version of bear paw! Then PopPop took us on a ride in his camo mule ATV around the property which was super fun. All in all, we made up for missing out on bear paw.
M-F is the same thing for me. Wake up, get ready, go to work. work 8-5. go home. relax. dinner. bulls. shower. sleep. repeat. everyday.
tomorrow is earth day! yay! & Admin Professional's day! Travis and I are getting free breakfast!

Yay, it's april... one of my favorite months of the year (besides October)
It's starting off full of rain (atleast here, anyway). good ol' april showers.
Anyway, I am mostly excited because this month is jam packed with fun things:
This weekend is the parrothead's pub krawl to benefit cancer in midtown and Saturday is the spring football game- yay for a peek at college football! I'll be going to Tampa for Easter April 9-13. The following weekend I will be getting visitors! It's Beavs' bday and Lauren, my sister, my bro-in-law, my niece-tzu, whitney, and dennis will all be coming up for a wonderful day on the chipola river! Yay for tubing!
The weekend after that is my birthday weekend! We will be celebrating via Bulls on Friday, White Trash Bash on Saturday, and baseball game on Sunday! I am really excited for all of this. It helps me tame my anxiousness & impatience for this forestry job in the works. I am pretty much hired (from what I am gathering from the insider information in the office) and just waiting on the personnel office and the budget cuts to be determined. I really hope all goes well :)
The first weekend in May most of my loves will be graduating in Tally while I am in New Orleans seeing Death Cab for Cutie (a dream of mine finally coming true!)

The following is new disturbing information recently gathered about the organization that calls themselves the "Save the Llamas Foundation".
This group is made up of extremists: recent so-called possible graduates of the Indian founded organization known as the Florida State University.
Investigators know little of this gang. Here is what we do know:
1.) They like to recycle in large amounts. And if you don't there is dangerous consequences.
***After almost 5 years of dangerous undercover missions, Officer Keelii BumbleBee found out The "Leader aka "Summer the Plumber" , aka Summer Williams, has no qualms about maming another agent if he or she throws away a water bottle. The same goes for Miller lite, Bud Lite, and especially Natty Lite, only it can be dyer consequences.
2.) The Blender: Do not take away - or worse - break this instrumental piece of the leader's world. For she will cry, and then go to SuperTarget and immediately replace it with a new one. She will then commence with a plentiful bounty of daquiris and margaritas which fill you palate with the most WONDERFUL aromas that ones sense can take. Until the next morning.
3A.) This Underminding Division meets almost nightly at the underground room some of the mafia like group call "Bullwinkles".
There they place each of their hands in the "five finger " position above their head and scream ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - Bullwinkles!
This happens simultaneousy while throwing the Natty Lite cans into the street. Although they are not recycling, it's deemed "OK", because the "Save the LLamas Foundation" are intoxicated. And after all, isn't that is what the poor underclassman are for? To clean it up the next day during daylight hours?
3.B) There is one member nicknamed "Zimo", short for Ryan Zimolazor. He can normally be placed at the "Holidaaaay Iiiiiin.
He stands behind the long, drawn out counter pretending to work and loving it. But with my personal experience, I know he is just pretending. I believe he is actually awaiting the collapse of the large chain. At lunchtime he can spotted at Subway. However his real trademark is the cartoon / video game caracter of the actual ichipichituan. This distinguishing inked mark is only known on "The Zimo".
4.) One of the other males is called Travis Lueth.
He originates from the same planet as Summer the Plumber. This planet, only truly understood by the controversial "Family", is Palm Harbor. For the purposes of this story we will call it the PH.
He can be easily spotted: GIANT MOHAWK. Although it is an utterly defining hair style, he, as well, can be dangerous.
5.) Randy, aka "afroman", likes to show up mysteriously. Out of the gang, he is the hardest to apprehend. He has no cell phone; for that makes him only more difficult to track .
Afroman is smarter than your average bear. He changes his hair disguisses often. In one instance he was an actual tiki bar. He is almost too smart for Tallahasse. Often traveling through the night, he is hard to discover, and often travels alone. He likes to visit the PH (see above) and install "Surround Sound."
6.)Rob the Republican: tall; a man of few words if with his "old flame" (Julie the Jax Blonde).
One of my favorite memories of Rob ( before I was placed with the undercover program) is when we were tubing on the Chipolta River, aka Bear Paw. Our Big Bertha tube must have run amuk , and, as luck have it, Rob the Republican, an avid smoker, dropped his pack in the river. Only 4 hours until the next 7-11, he was drowned with fear.
What seemed like a terrible highway casualty, was actually a------------------- oh wait!
At the River's Bend, we saw life! Only - it was Country Folk. Ohhh noooo.
But hey! Come to find out they had something in common, she had a cig.

i went to lunch at black bean with Niff and watched the former president get on that helicopter. it was a really good thing to feel as he waved goodbye.
