Ok, unfortunately it seems obvious that this project is dead.
For anyone interested, I gave the square I made for Kyo to him at the show in NYC on Feb 10th this year. I framed it and I think it looked quite nice ^_^
Finally, why I'm writing:
To the person who was making the scrapbook (I'm sorry, I really forget who was doing what!!) - Can you please contact me? I would like the page I sent you back. I will pay for shipping of course~! It had the original sketch I did, and a photo, and mostly I want it back to tie up loose ends and because I don't like the thought of it just floating out there somewhere ^_^;;;

Okay...come on guys...I need like two more...that's it...and I can give it to the guys...I had hoped it would be done for someone to take to one of the US shows...but I doubt that's gonna happen.
It's been nearly 2 years...let's PLEASE get this finished. I'm in a huge sewing frenzy right now, so it would be perfect for me to do it.

Alrighty friends...it's been just a bit since I posted...
And since this project has been going for almost two years, don't you guys say it's about time we wrapped this thing up? It's almost cosplay making time for me, so I will need to get this thing together, not that it's gonna take me long, but I just want everyone that wants to contribute to get in on it...

Okay folks, it's been a long time since I came here looking for more patches! So, lets see, I'm making another plea that if you have some yet to be sent, get them to me. I will gladly give my address again for those who need it.
But we were going a year ago to make this a New Years present, think we could actually make that deadline this time around? I say that over a year is plenty of time to get it done, so if all of you would kindly get the squares to me, I will get it assembled and send it to whoever is supposed to send it off to Diru.

Hi!!
Err...as I've posted in this community before, I'm building a DieXToshiya shrine. There's a good news. I'm 80% done. I just need to register my domain and build a section of it. This section I need to work with, is a section of DXT fans listing their reasons why, it has to be DXT thay they love, instead of other pairings.
So, girls (or boys), care to tell me what are your reasons why you love DXT?

I forgot to mention this the last time I asked about progress...but if anyone wants to, I can still use some contributions to pay for all the other materials it's going to take to finish up the quilt. I have a lot of batting, backing fabric, and thread to buy, so maybe you can send even a tiny bit to help out, that would rock guys!

Since you guys are so good at providing info, maybe you can help me w/some that I was looking for some time ago, but was unable to find....
Interestingly enough, it sorta ties into Panda's request hehe
I'd had an idea involving Kaoru, Toshiya & Die's picks...but I was completely unable to find more than a couple shots of them (& boy were they SMALL). So far, all I've managed to find were: Kaoru's (white w/a skull, that simply says Dir en Grey in pink) & Die's (composite mask w/barbed wire. Incidentally, I still need a close-ups of them)...
This isn't an imperative request, but simply put, if you happen to have a link stashed w/pictures of their picks (preferably close-ups), it'd be a great help...
Lastly, if anyone happens to know specifically WHICH Gundams (which mechs), the boys (I know Kaoru, Toshiya & Kyo are huge fans, at least)respectfully, prefer, it'd be a mega-help too, thanks & sorry for eating up thread space

For the new squares I’m working on I have to make mini versions of Kaoru, Die and Toshiya’s instruments, but I don’t want to make simply random little guitars and a bass. I’d like, if possible for them to be slightly more meaningful. Like mini version of their favorites, or even their just their newest instrument. Only problem is, I don’t know much about their guitars/basses! I see pictures every once in a while, but never with much information attached. If there’s any at all it’s usually something simple like “this was used in blah-blah pv”. Which, obviously, is not helpful in this particular situation.
So I was wondering if anyone here knows a bit more about the bands instruments? Maybe you could point me toward a fan site with lots of information or...something? Anything? T_T

Hey kids!
I’m wondering if there has been any more discussion about the deadline/ shipping date off/away from the community since incom_patible posted.
I recently had an idea for more quilt squares that is both way COOLER (in my mind anyhow) and (more importantly) way EASIER than the previous papel-picado square I made. So if there’s still time, I’d kind of like to try and make some more squares, preferably one for each member. But like I said, only if there’s still time! So. Any news anyone can tell me?
Also. I was thinking and introduction page for the scrapbook written by perhaps toshiyaxdeg, seeing ass you’re the scrapbook captain and all. XD Just something simple that says “We be the DQP (+what the hell DQP is) and we luvs you lots!” Only you know…better written than that.

Regarding that, it wouldn’t surprise me if you (toshiyaxdeg) had already planned on doing that or if someone else had made a similar suggestion before this. But for the life of me I can’t remember reading anything of the like in the memories, so I’m sorry if this is repetitive.

So are we trying to get all of this in by Kyo, Kaoru, and Shinya's birthdays? Is it enough time? Maybe we should wait for somthing like a holiday that has to do with all the band members. Because if we send it during their the three of their birthdays it seems sort of like a joint b-day gift butttt Toshiya is in March and Die in December. Just my thoughts. I don't think we're going to make valentines day. So... anyone up for another holiday?
