Welcome to Doppler City.
Named after the famous reploid Scientist whom did nothing but good for both Reploids and mankind until he went.. well.. Nuts (Maverick/Irregular) Thanks to Sigma.

Familiar with Doppler City Park? For those of you who are. Welcome, Doppler City is from MegaManX/RockManX 3/III. This is indeed a MegaMan Orientated RolePlaying community. But it's welcome to others that wish to simply hang out in Doppler City Park Or the City itself. A fairly large, half forested area that carries a lake so aptly named "Red Lake" and a large Fountain at the other side of the park. With black marble statues decorating the Area of Green here and there. Try not to do to much damage to the Statues now. The Art Centre are a lethal bunch.

Not much of a Walk in the Park sort of Person? No problem. Doppler City offers many different sights and places for you to explore or revel in the fun or to relax. With it's many Malls, Plazas, Hotels, Casinos, Resturants. You get the idea..
Though the City is not without a Slum or two. So one would have to be wary of those hiding there. Especially the Mavericks/Irregulars in particular.

Also to Warn? Yaoi and Yuri Are welcome here, if you do not approve of that? Don't join. And Spars/Battles are likely to happen also. Because well.. those are fun to watch.
And to Especially note. This is a Community where Crossovers are welcome.

Main Rules:

1. Anyone is welcome, but it would be appreciated if you would introduce yourself here: doppler_cityooc
And leave a name of said character you are going to use as well as which series said character is from, Here: http://doppler-cityooc.livejournal.com/14414.html
I'm not asking for Surveys, I like to keep it simple too. but Semi/Paras/Multi's are welcome. I will not push anything on you besides no "U's" or "R's" or "Urs".

2. Original characters are welcome also. However the "Married to Zero/X/Axl/Sigma" will be fine, if not pushed on others. If you're character was Made by Wily, or Married to X. Others are welcome to Accept/Unaccept. Pushing this on them will not be tolerated.

3. Coming in to destroy the City? Come to prove what a god your character is? Fine, but again, if this is pushed on to others who Do Not wish to join that. Will again, not be Tolerated.

4. Play nice. Keep the OOC Drama elsewhere, if you have a problem with another here? This is Not a playground for that and you will have to take such differences somewhere else where it's acceptable.

5. Harassing other players will not be tolerated.

6. Please keep in mind that this is an RP Community open to all kinds of Series. It's not just "Machine only". If you are looking for "machine only" than this is not the place for you. I would like to keep it open to any Series or OC out there. Please do not force "Machine only" "OC only" or "Anthro only" on other players or RPs. If you start an RP for either of those, please do so to Note that.

7. This is an Open area for both MMX Rpers (and Non) to RP and Have fun or are Bored. For now. Rules will change later. If you have Questions? Again please leave it over here: doppler_cityooc
