Tyy:3
knew it was filipino nung may orocan at pantakip ng ulam sa mesa. beautiful game! cried a bit when i was reading the entry for the jacket and then cried fully while reading the diary. lovelots to anyone out there struggling! u can always find someone to talk to :) 10/10 game
This game reminded me of my own depression/how my world would be with my presence anymore. And now, looking back, I don't ever wanna leave my family with house of memories but not the person who made them. :(
Holy crap, man. This hit
God my heart hearts (I'm shaking while typing this) what a beautifully bittersweet game.
I hope someday to make create a story as moving as this, don't know if I ever will and if I do it'll Probably take a half a decade or more but I'd like to try nonetheless. well done, you're truly a great storyteller!
Thank you so much!!!!
And please do write stories! I’m in computer science by trade, and I personally have no idea why I ended up writing for this game in the first place. All I really had under my belt while writing this was a singular arts class and a dream. </3
I love telling stories, and I’m sure you do too! So if anything, don’t let the idea of “skill” tell you when you can make something like this.
So simple, yet such a complicated theme.
It’s heartbreaking to read through the diary, but unfortunately, this is something that can happen.
I’ve been thinking about making a game of my own, though being young and struggling with motivation makes it difficult. I hope I can achieve something like this someday. ♡
wow :(
i'm genuinely sad but i really love this game, i relate to her so much
Yo fuck you that was heartbreaking
Did you kiss the brick before you threw it at me that was so beautiful😭💗💗💗
Available po ba yung ost sa Spotify or yt?
Grabe yung bigat nung game, yung story at ost ang ganda :)
Hi! The music was mixed from copyright-free music online, since we have no dedicated musician in our team. So no, we probably won’t have official soundtracks available. :(
Thank you for playing regardless!
The game was amazing and really beautiful. Reading the diary was deep and emotional which I did not expect. The art really is gorgeous and the writing was well-done. It felt like I was looking into a real person's life and the subtle comedy contrasted really well for the diary note. Beautiful but sad.
Can't open the computer tho 😞
the password is written on the sticky note above i
this is amazing i didnt expect it to be this deep and sad. i lwk almost cried at the end but like omg this game is BEAUTIFUL
It was really deep reading the diary, i wanted to cry so much
this is such a deep game. beautiful and sad. truly puts into perspective of how family deals with loss. really good game, thank you.
cute n thoughtful !!
damn, I really did not expect it to be that sad... I was really hoping for like a more upbeat game, but that was better somehow... you should make more games like this
this game is so emotional :") the art for it is adorable as well (even if my browser screwed up the colors for the game for some reason)
I did not expect to cry today 10/10 short game.
wow
Estará para android
yeah, this made me cry. it touched my heart and i certainly loved this a lot.
Ouch, that made me cry
I love it.. The message share was it, i hope people play this game gave them a sort of comfort that they are not alone.
it honestly did. been rotting in bed for almost a week with the worst mental and playing this just made me sit back. reading the notes at the end broke me. beautiful message but lots of tears lol
Glad to hear. Take care, u got this!
You got me tearing by the ending you fool! I did manage to make a narration on it and i do hope you like it. Thank you for making this.
I love the bittersweetness this story has; it almost made me cry in school. For anyone who has had suicidal thoughts, you are not alone. Please talk to someone because you may not see the light when you're engulfed in darkness. You all matter to us.
Bittersweet! I could see the direction it was going in, albeit I kind of hoped I was wrong </3. Overall, I really enjoyed it, even if I may not be able to relate as much as others to the storytelling.
Also, I noticed that some of the characters in the font used were broken. Since this is a uni game jam submission, I wasn't sure if you guys were deciding to do post-bug fixes or not.
Screenshots (mild spoilers)
Hi!! we’ll prob fix this soon, saw this in a previous comment too haha, seems like some of our changes are regressing and we dont know why LOL
but thanks for playing!!!
I loved the art and calmness to the game
Also I love the references and little deatils :D
I literally made an account just to say this:
I relate to the atmosphere and the sister so hard its almost scary (besides a few major and minor things here and there of course). It means a lot for people who are struggling with depression (or grief) to know they're not alone and there will always be someone who will remember them.
maybe I'm a little biased for that but anyway good but short game (i cried) <3
this game is so good. you can feel the calmness and saudade of this game, it makes me cry.
absolutely gorgeous art. Made me cry so hard.
Hi doppie, yuriellll, karinasaurus, oreocapybara, Krarneas, csr_eio, I'd love to help you bring eulogy to Arabic gamers for free! If you're interested in an Arabic translation, please let me know your email or contact me at urbgamesplatform@gmail.com
very sad but in a happy way ...tbh i never want to be that person also dont know why i love games with these themes especially because i have thanatophobia ( phobia of death)
This was so well done! Loved the art, and the concept. If this wasn't done for a game jam, i'd love to have seen a longer version where you can build more tension and develop the emotional story more so that the player can be more connected to the family. If you ever update this with a longer version, I'll be first in line to play!
This is game so touching and relatable in a good way for those who may have known someone or are going through a grieving period after losing a loved one. The developers approached this subject in an empathetic approach that was done well that feels realistic. Thank you all for creating this wonderful game.
played this after seeing kuya Pat’s vid about this, and his reaction sa ending is so valid, this game is well built and written. The golden hour, the calming music, everything was perfectly in place. Also, the something in the artstyle is really fascinating, as an artist I wanna achieve this kind of style.
I do not relate in Ashley’s story yet—I know people who does, and I know how they feel/felt. This game provides comfort and maybe—just maybe it will be enough to strengthen those who cannot find peace in their lives, those who has questions that are still left unanswered, those who are vulnerable, and those who felt nothing can ever heal the wounds made by people around them.
Thank you, VC Studios for creating such an amazing game.
Padayon, peeps! C:

This game is such a wonderful experience. I love the fact you showed signs of depression in the journal, and regret. This game made me tear up:[ And in the broken phone description something caught my eye. idk if this was intentional or not. ''It is beyond fixing'' indicating that even if you tried so had to fix a mistake, you can't undo it. The background sound also made me tear up, it sounded so peacefull....yet empty.
I wanna see the Moms reaction on the journal, if its possible, that would be great! Hunter x Hunter mentioned:]
I also noticed that no one is in the house...Only the player. Which for me has a meaning = People grief, and doesn't wanna face the truth, which is a stage of grief...= In denial.
I love the fact, that in the journal Ashley wrote that it isn't the moms fault.
I rate this game a 9.9/10 Great background music, great theme, great add of depression and regrets. But I really want to fufill her wish. To show the mom and even the dog, her final goodbye to them;-; Writting this is making me tear up LOL. Overall, amazing game! Keep it up!
