Wild Rose Cleanse

I tried to gain "a healthy additude towards food and eating," deleted myself from every ED related community, and stopped caring about food for a few months. And of course, I just ate crappy food and gained weight. I have found a happy medium in my head, where I just want to eat as healthy as possible. I don't want to consume aspertame or "fat free" or any of that pro-ana, fake, filler bullshit anymore, just healthy, wholesome foods. I also recognize that I may never have a "healthy" perspective of food and eating. But, I mean, who can? Look at our society. We hate/love thin people, and either sexualy worship them or call them "anorexic" or "unhealthy". And overweight people, we either scorn for being disgusting and unattractive, or applaud them for "not giving in-to-thin" and being a "healthy" weight. We think a fucking cheeseburger is the cure to emaciation, the healthful alternative. We as a society have a all-encompassing eating disorder, its not just "us"(the ED community). People think not caring about what they put in their mouth is a healthy additude towards food, consuming artificil foods is alright as long as you are so apathetic towards food that you don't know your eating it. And, because of those reasons, I can NEVER hava a healthy attidude towards food. the only thing I CAN to, is eat healthfully, maintain a weight that i feel comfortable at(despite my internal conflict over "who gioves a flying fuck how I look?") and feel clean and healthy. Therfore, I am going to go on a month long cleaning program to kickstart healthy eating. I don't expect perfection from myself, but I know I'm crawling on the right track.

I'm starting the Wild Rose Cleanse on Saturday. I'm making a complete list of daily meals, shopping, etc.(I'm a huge list person). My big plan for a month of cleansing entails as such:

Saturday Jan 24-Wednesday February 4th: Wild Rose detox diet

Wednesday February 4th-Wednesday February 11th: A liquid fast of nothing but VEGA berry smoothies, spirulina with 2 young coconuts a day.

Wednesday February 11th-Wednesday February 18th: Master Cleanse.

I'm then planning on renewing my gym pass when I complete the Master Cleanse, so that I can get back into shape and strengthen my heart. I've been feeling like crap all winter, and I 1010% attribute it to my laziness/seasonal depression.

A few questions:

-Does anyone see any health dangers/complications with that plan? In my mind, it seems like the easiest transition into the Master Cleanse, and the most beneficial rout to cleansing, detoxing and losing weight.

-Has anyone had any success on these cleanses? Or, on any cleanse for that matter?
