Hello all. I just want to say safe journey. I know we are getting geared up to leave, and this mess with airline travel will undoubtedly make it more difficult. But good luck and safe journey!

EDIT: You know what, scratch that. I need to get off my butt and actually do my own research. Sorry, I'm just kind of freaking out about this whole process right now. A lot. Um....so, what does everyone intend to do when they land in their respective countries? Me, I know I'll be jetlagged as hell, but I'm hopefully going to meet up with some old friends from Lancaster Uni and celebrate my escape from the blazing hot clutches of Florida with a snakebite and black or three.

When is everyone leaving? We are leaving on September 11th. We have a nightmare of travel ahead. Since by we I mean myself, the husband the 2 year old and the 2 house cats. Since we are traveling with pets, and we are not traveling out of a large city our airline choices were VERY slim, and we have to fly into London instead of straight into Aberdeen. What has everyone elses experience been? Just thought we all could share. |
