yoga is so incredible. i wish everyone could feel what I feel after a class. If you have a studio near you, do try!

I haven't updated since april time flies!
August will be 11 months old in 5 days. Unbelievable! She is nursing to sleep as I type this. I am so in love!
Mark and I are doing great. Mark is now vegan & eats mostly a raw diet. He runs every other night. I still go to yoga at least twice a week (with august). Beau dog, August, & I hike twice a week with (my yoga teacher/doula turned very good friend) Nicole. It pays to eat well & be active. We feel awesome!
Beau dog still acts like a puppy but I can see little grey hair around his nose :( Cash is still the coolest cat, & yes! Stormy still eats clothes..
