HEMI - FIRE IN THE SKY
Produced by Nicholas J. Michelak/Ravensfilm Productions (2008)
Hello, my name is Diana and I'm new to the group. I'm an officer for the branch of Invisible Children at my high school. Last year we put together a benefit show and have since decided to make it an annual fund raiser. Our show last year was at Hot Jams, which has closed down due to bad business.
So, we've been looking for other, similar venues with no success. We'd like a place with a cool "vibe" like Hot Jams (dark, graffitied walls); we're trying to steer away from VFWs, church basements, etc.
So, if anyone has any suggestions, they'd be greatly appreciated, especially if you've done something similar at a local venue (local being south/southwest Chicago).
Thank you :]
(I'm new here, so if this isn't allowed I'm sorry and will delete upon request.)
