Welcome to my journal. I'm Kat. Mid-thirties.
I've been with my husband for nearly 20 years.
We have a very happy alternative relationship.
I am a stay at home mom of three teens.
I also have a grown step-son who recently made me a first time grandma. ♥
I am a nature lover and a bird lover. I have a very
sassy little conure who would love to hang out on my
shoulder 24/7 if I let him. I enjoy camping, gardening,
and walking, biking, or just hanging out by the water.
Why is this starting to feel like I am writing a personal ad?
I have a graphics community here on LJ,
celestial_blink. I make blinkies, icons, tags, etc... Although my community has been
inactive for some time, I am hoping to someday have my muse back.
I cook. I crochet. I procrastinate a lot. I love hanging out and
spending time with my family. We play together and just like to
have fun and be silly. Really isn't that what life's all about?
I am spiritual but not religious, though my beliefs lie more
toward paganism. I am an Aquarius Sun/Venus/Mercury and I think
most descriptions of Aquarius suit me fairly well. I tend to make
deeper connections with other air or fire signs but can get along
fairly well with just about anyone who is open minded and
respectful of our differences.
