I am a thirtysomething, now a fortysomething Librarian. Married since 1994 to my best friend, Jeff. Together we have a daughter, Hannah Amber (10/11/00) and a son, Peter Ross (4/2/03). We also have two dogs, one cat and too many fishtanks.
I have a bunch of hobbies that I fade in and out of but the mainstays are: reading, knitting, making beaded jewelry, photography and scrapbooking. Other interests come and go depending upon my mood. Cooking is another passion of mine. I love to create recipes and try them out on unsuspecting friends and family.
For the past seven years, I've battled depression. It has been pretty bad at times but now it is under control. I credit that largely to modern pharmacology and the wonderful support system that I have. Faith helps too.
