Welcome to the Bellingham School of Comics (that's "school" in the artsy-fartsy sense of the word, as in "salon"). This Community is a way for the cartoonists and caricature artists of Bellingham to find each other and organize meetings. Fenmere, the Worm is working on a website and forum, so talk to him about that.
