The Brockville Public Library provides distance learners with proctoring services for written, open book and online examinations for a fee of $50 per exam.
Booking Your Exam
- Contact your school for guidance on exam proctoring requirements.
- Email exams@brockvillelibrary.ca and include:
- Course or program name
- School or institution name
- Exam format (e.g. online, handwritten)
- Library-provided laptop available upon request
- Your requested date(s) and time(s)
- You will receive a confirmation email within one week.
On Exam Day
- Arrive 15 minutes early for your exam and report to the information desk on the 2nd floor of the Library.
- If you haven’t yet, pay $50 fee on arrival.
- Photo ID matching the name on the exam is required.
- Some online exams require you to fill in your student number and a password. Make sure to have this information handy if needed.
More Details
- A laptop with Microsoft Office and Internet access is available upon request.
- Exams will be administered according to the instructions provided by your school.
- Your cell phone and other belongings may be required to be left with staff for the duration of your exam.
