Avast Ye is a pirate RP set on the world of Rievl, a planet made of 96% water with a single large continent and scatters of small island chains located all around the world. The races of the world are technologically advanced, but socially inept and restricted. The only way to be truely free is to take upon the life of a pirate.
Avast Ye follows the travels of the Pheonix Pirates, the Wing Pirates, and the Argonist, a large floating fortress that also acts as the capital of the Elven empire, as they race across the world to locate the lost continent, where the fabled treasure, the Hollow, is supposedly located, before the rival crew, the Eclipse Pirates, can.
Enter a world where anything can happen.
Rules:
(1) You can do most anything in this game, however you will need to speak with a mod beforehand, just to get the go-ahead.
(2) Any type of genre and rating is okay. There are no restrictions.
(3) Be respectful to the other players. I can't stress this enough. If you have a problem with one of the others, keep it out of the gameplay and off the comm. This game is for fun, and any flame wars/fights will not be tolerated.
(4) For the most part, the large-scale group games shall be played in AIM chatrooms, however, you can use any method of P2P IMing for sidegames and the like.
(5) When uploading a log/profile/referance image/ect., please make use of the cut-link function so we don't clog up any flists.
(6) Also, if you post a 'not-worksafe' log/image/ect., please put it under a cut and friends-lock the post.
(7) If you're under 18, please do not join the community. You will be able to post and monitor the comm, however, you may not join until you are of legal age.
