Most of the work, including the longest of the narrow shots, are taken with homemade pinhole cameras.  These cameras have angles of view up to about 140 degrees.  Pinhole shots are characterized by image distortion, uneven exposure, leaked light, and soft focus.

Pinhole cameras:

Pinhole camera function like a regular camera except they don’t have a glass lens.  The lens consists of a thin piece of material with a pinhole punched in it.  I use various boxes as camera bodies.  This allows me to pick my own negative size and shape.  Anything that you can stick a piece of film into can become a camera.  Of course, a plain box does not have automatic controls like modern cameras.  Everything is manual.  Exposure and aiming is a guessing game.
