Saturday, September 26th - Kellen had fun with his friends at Homecoming. Dinner at Panda Express before the dance. They all tried to find ugly ties to wear - so fun!

Saturday, September 26th - Another fun game day for Jenna and another Tech win making them ranked #12!

Busy Friday, September 25th

 

Friday, September 25th at 6:30pm - First concert of the year for Jenna.

Meanwhile, TCA Band and Football were waiting out lightning and rain delays and were finally able to start around 7:50pm. Band performed their halftime show with 8th grade during pregame and then had a fun pep band for the rest of the game.

Fall Leaves

 

Sunday, September 20th - We took a little daycation to look at fall leaves. Guanella Pass this time, then down through Idaho Springs, complete with a stop at Beau Jo's Pizza. It was a great day!

Saturday, September 19th - After their originally scheduled performance time of 3:11pm and hours of lightning delays, TCA was finally able to perform at 5:41pm. They had an amazing performance! And, right at the end the winds started, knocking over a prop and nearly taking out a guard member.

The storm was epic and insane! Our students were rushed into the stadium garages and locker rooms. The Band Dads heroically got the props into the prop truck and then weathered the storm IN the prop truck. The storm lasted nearly an hour and ended with an incredible double rainbow. We packed up a lot over very soaked things. As we were heading home, bands started to perform again. TCA scored a 71.3 - highest score of the day. What a memorable day!

Friday, September 18th - Second game of the season - Houston. So thankful for the Goin' Band Association livestream of the fan show, so we can see the shows.
