Miss Adalya

 Today the three younger girls had the day off school.  The high schoolers had school, Landon had a mission assignment and Aaron was at work.  Jacelyn went to the Farmstead with her friend, Rebecca and Quincee went to book club with a bunch of her friends, so I got to hang out with Adalya. It was like old times, haha.  We went to the library and did the scavenger hunt and played.  She is so fun!

Veggies

Our garden is doing great. We planted some fun things this year.  Jacelyn chose purple peppers and Quincee chose orange peppers, they are both producing and look so cool.  We also have a lot of tomatoes and cherry tomatoes, a few zuchinni, chard, and for the first time - pumpkins.  I love seeing what we can grow. 

 

Adalya Dancer

Thursdays are crazy after school.  Today I dropped off Thayne at work at 4:00, Jacelyn at activity days at 4:15, Quincee at piano at 4:30 and brought Adalya to dance at 4:45. Landon also has temple and then zone activities on Thursdays. Sometimes Lena works on Thursdays.  Jacelyn also has piano on Thursdays.  It is crazy, but wonderful!  But my favorite is that I get to watch Adalya dance. She super loves it and there is just nothing cuter!

 

Tall, tall snowman

For devotional we start with a song and today Adalya wanted Once there was a snowman aka Tall, tall snowman.  She loves it when her daddy puts her way up high. 

 

Waving at the bus

Jacelyn rides the bus to school and one of Quincee and Adalya's favorite things to do is wave as she goes by.  It is the sweetest thing!

Tutoring

Thayne is taking math tutoring to a new level this year.  He is now working at Mathnasium, tutoring at the math center at school and tutoring his cousin.  He is such an intelligent kid, but even more than that, he is so good with people.  I am just so impressed with him.  He really does a great job helping people.
