She got a fun little pack of things to help her take care of her teeth. I think she looks older and it is sort of freaking me out. She can't grow up so much. I keep telling her I am going to cut off her legs so she can't grow anymore. She doesn't like that plan. I wonder why? I think she looks super cute!

Grandpa even took the little kids down the hill. Jace would only go with him and that is it. He loves grandpa!
Natalie helped Abbie get used to it and after that Abbie was loving every minute of it.
Jace had more fun laying in the snow and sledding on his bum down the hill than using the sleds. Whatever works! We all had a great day!
Natalie really wanted a motor scooter for Christmas and so I think she was really excited and surprised to see that we got her one for her birthday! She received many great gifts and cute clothes and had a great time.
She is getting to be such a grown up girl! She is a great helper and a great big sister! I love you Natalie!

Here are the kids coming down the stairs at 6:30 (after we sent them back to bed when they tried to get up at 5:30! No way! They even woke Jace up so we would have to get up. Sneaky kids!). This on the stairs photo was a tradition at the Toponce house when Shane was growing up!
Here is Jace's big present. A Handy Manny tool set and tool belt. He walked around with it all day. It was really cute.
Natalie's big gift was a pink digital camera. She has already taken a million pictures!
Abbie got a new scooter!
On Hallie's list this year she wanted a scavenger hunt from Santa. Natalie and Abbie have had them in the past and she wanted one big time. She was lucky and got what she wanted. She looked all over -in closets, under beds, following clues until she got to the upstairs bathroom and found a bike in the shower! She loves her new High School Musical bike!

Party at our house. I am sure it will get bigger as the years go by! Growing up we always had one and now that it is too hard to drag Christmas to Idaho we will have our own fun with anyone in Utah who wants to come! Here we are playing Santa Bingo! It is a Jaussi tradition that we have carried on to our Christmas Eve party!
This is about half of the choir. I was able to get Hallie in the bottom left and Nat in the top right. Fabulous camera skills I know, but I do try.
This is a picture of Hallie and her great friend Hallie. They have been in the same class for two years and are known as Hallie T. and Hallie J. They hate it, but they like each other! I think it is funny that they have the same name and spelling because it isn't that common a name.
This is Natalie and her good friend Morgan(she is Hallie J's big sister). They have a lot of fun together. We are sad because we have recently learned that we probably won't go to the same school next year. Sometimes it is really hard to live in such a growing area.
Natalie is getting so grown up. Tonight she had her first real babysitting job(for someone other than me). She was so excited to go and I could tell she was really proud of her self and happy that someone would call her.
Here is a closer look. We had cream puffs, cheese cake, mint chocolate dipped oreos, chocolate triffle, pumpkin cookies, almond butter squares and some candies. I was happy with how it all turned out.
All the ladies who came also brought 6 dozen cookies for a cookie exchange. We exchanged cookies and everyone took their cookies out to the car and came back in to eat and visit. It was really fun and I was happy that so many people could come. I was also surprised at the variety of cookies people made.
This is our tree this year. And this is the beginning of a snowman collection on my mantle. We also have a nutcracker collection on the piano. I like my house at Christmas. The rest of the year I don't know where to put anything!
Shane got a couple pictures with him and with his mom. He also got David to sign autographs for our three girls. They were excited and they couldn't wait to show their friends at school because so many of them "love" David Archuleta.
My family was teasing Shane about being famous himself because he keeps talking on the Radio on Saturdays and now he got to sell a car to David Archuleta. It was a fun out of the ordinary experience for their store!
I think the turkey turned out beautiful this year! All the food was delicious!
Here are a few shots of the table before we ate. Yes, Jace is in his jammies. He had a fever and refused to change his clothes. He would live in his pajamas if I let him.
Hallie did cheer/gymnastics. It was the night before the Cougar/Utes game and so she said before her cheer -"My uniform might be red, but I am true to blue! Go Cougars!" It was funny for everyone in the audience.
Natalie decided to sing a song. Shane was at work, so she had to do it acapella. She did a great job and showed a lot of confidence. Good job girls! It is fun to see them growing up and having things they enjoy.
Shane liked the opening act better. They are sooo good and they did all these fun harmonies and stuff. They sing a cool song called "Boondocks" that I love and I will put it on my player so you can hear it if you haven't had the pleasure before.
I hate concerts at the E Center. The traffic is pathetic. You would think there would be a system down to direct the cars by now, but no. Anyway, I would say this is a concert worth going to. I liked it better than Keith Urban actually, I also liked her better than Faith Hill. She isn't as good as Tim Mcgraw or anywhere near as good as the Dixie Chicks which I would have to say was the best show ever(and Garth Brooks a million years ago). I love getting out of the house and dong things with Shane. It can't happen enough for me.
She opened presents from lots of people! Clothes, high school musical dolls, a barbie, Kung Fu Panda, and many other lovely things. Thank you everyone!
We just had a family party this year and we had Abbie's favorite dinner--French Toast! She actually calls it the "bread with eggs on it", but that is what she means. We love Abbie and her funny personality in our house. Every Sunday we hear from her primary teachers how she cracks them up. I am scared to think what she says, but there is no stopping her! What a cute girl!
I got lots of sweet calls and messages from people and Shane took me to Texas Roadhouse for dinner! What a great day!
