Locks Cruise

What else is there to do on yet another beautiful weekend in August but enjoy a relaxing cruise?  So that is what we did.  This time we explored the Ballard Locks.  Along the way we spotted the iconic house from the movie "Sleeplessin Seattle."  It's the beige, yellow and blue one on the left.

Sea Fair Air/Water Show and Vincent Family Visit

In August, Justins parents and youngest brother came up for a fun weekend visit.  We had so much fun taking them around to some of our newly discovered favorite places and taking in the Air/Water Show at Seafair.  The show was AWESOME!

We spent an evening with one of Marcus' brothers and took in Snoqualmie Falls.

And we spent a few hours in the big city.  It was also the end of Fleet Week, so we got to see the final ship leave port.

 And then a giant yacht got in the way.

 So need to see all the service men lined up.

 We did an Argosy Cruise around the harbor.

It was an absolutely beautiful day!

 I'm always amazed by the GIANT cargo ships.

 Love this city!
