MAKEUP LOOK | IMATS NYC Look 

 Eyes:  

★ PRIME:
I used Urban Decay Anti-Aging Primer Potion as my primer. Then I applied Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Concealer in 2.0 under my browbone as a highlight - Anastasia Beverly Hills Synthetic Concealer #18 Brush. I then applied Kat Von D High Voltage Eye Primer in Skin all over my lid up to the brow bone and also on my lower lashline as a base - fingers. 

★ COLOR:
For the cut crease on the browbone area I used MAC Landscape Green Chromagraphic Pencil topped with MAC Landscape Green Pigment (matte grass green) - Sigma E17 Waterline Liner Brush.

To help with blending on the browbone I used MAC Chrome Yellow Eyeshadow (matte yellow) - Hakuhodo J5529 Small Blending Brush. 

To darken the base of the cut crease I used Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner in Canard (matte deep teal) - Sigma E17 Waterline Liner Brush.
 
Also for my inner lid I used Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner in Canard (matte deep teal) topped with MAC Landscape Green Pigment (matte grass green) - MAC 242 Small Shader Brush.

For the cut crease on the outer lid I used Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner in Indigo (matte blue) topped with Urban Decay Chaos Eyeshadow (matte bight blue) - Sigma E17 Waterline Liner Brush + MAC 242 Small Shader Brush.

Then on the middle of my lid I applied MAC Chrome Yellow Eyeshadow (matte yellow) - MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush.

Also for the middle of the lid and between the browbone and outer lid cut creases I used NYX Milk Jumbo Eye Pencil (creamy white) topped with MAC Pure White Pigment (matte white) - MAC 231 Small Shader Brush.

I also added MAC Reflects Pearl Glitter on the middle of my lid with Lit Cosmetics Clearly Liquid Glitter Base™.

I used MAC Wild By Nature Eyeshadow (matte nude) for my highlight - MAC 252 Large Shader Brush.

For my lower lashline I used MAC Marine Ultra Chromagraphic Pencil (matte bright blue) topped with Urban Decay Chaos Eyeshadow (matte bight blue) - MAC 242 Small Shader Brush.


★ BROWS:
My brows are filled in with Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pencil in Brunette (matte brown) and Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow in Dark Brown - Anastasia Beverly Hills #12 Large Synthetic Duo Brush.

★ DEFINE:
For my lower waterline I used L'Oreal Paris Infallible Gel Lacquer Liner - Blackest Black (matte black) - Sigma E05 Eyeliner Brush.
On my upper lashline I used Laura Mercier Crème Eye Liner in Indigo (matte blue) - Sigma E17 Waterline Liner Brush.
I used Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara for my lashes and added House of Lashes Femme Fatale Eyelashes for effect. Duo Lash Adhesive.

Lips: 

★ POLISH:

I applied MAC Hodgepodge Lip Pencil (matte taupe-brown) to outline my lips. Then I coated my lips with MAC Yash Lipstick (matte nude) topped with MAC Spite Lipglass (creamy plum-taupe brown).

Face: 

★ FINISH:
I primed my skin with Laura Mercier Oil-Free Foundation Primer - hands. I used Tarte ReCreate Anti-Aging Foundation in Shade Walnut 20 - Sigma Round Top Synthetic Kabuki Brush - for my face. I set my t-zone with bareMinerals READY™ Touch Up Veil in Dark - powder puff.

For my contour I used Make Up For Ever Contour Kit #2 - IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Radiance Brush.

I used MAC Gingerly Blush (matte capri bronze) for my cheeks - Cozzette Contour Stylist S135 Brush. I used MAC Perfectly Poised Mineralize Skinfinish (shimmery pinky bronze) for my highlight - Suqqu Cheek Brush. I also used Hourglass Dim Light Ambient Lighting Powder in my t-zone for added subtle highlight - Hakuhodo J505 Blush Brush.

I then applied MAC Bamboom Paint (shimmery peach gold) on my inner tearduct/lid area and Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour Pencil in Jungle (creamy deep olive green) on my lid area as secondary bases - MAC 242 Small Shader Brush. 

COLOR:
On the inner corner I applied STILA Stay All Day 3D Wet-to-Set Eye Shadow Trio in Safari (shimmery cream). MAC 242 Small Shader Brush
For the middle of the lid  I used STILA Stay All Day 3D Wet-to-Set Eye Shadow Trio in Safari (satin olive green). MAC 242 Small Shader Brush
For the outer lid and crease I used MAC Humid Eyeshadow (deep emerald green). MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush + Sonia Kashuk Large Crease Brush
For the crease area I used STILA Stay All Day 3D Wet-to-Set Eye Shadow Trio in Safari (shimmery bronze). Sonia Kashuk Large Crease Brush
For the highlight under my brow I used MAC Wild By Nature Eyeshadow (matte warm beige). MAC 252 Large Shader Brush

I used NARS Creamy Radiant Concealer in Caramel - Stila One Step Complexion Brush #33
Brush - under my eyes set with Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Diffused Light- powder puff.

For my cheeks I used Guerlain Madame Rougit 4-Colours Blush (matte coral) - Cozzette S125 The Contour Stylist Brush. I used MUFE Sculpting Kit #2 (matte bronze) for my contour - Sigma F84 Angled Kabuki Brush.

I applied NARS Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base all over my lid up to the brow bone - fingers. I then applied MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NC35 under my brow - Bare Escentuals Maximum Coverage Concealer Brush. 
For my primary base and to even out the color on my eyelids I used Tarte Maracuja Creaseless Concealer in Tan on my entire lid and on my browbone area - Real Techniques Deluxe Crease Brush. 

COLOR:

On the crease area I applied MAC Wild By Nature Eyeshadow (matte camel). MAC 252 Large Shader Brush
For the entire lid I applied Laura Mercier Deep Night Eyeshadow - from the Artist's For Eyes Palette (matte deep navy). MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush + Sonia Kashuk Large Crease Brush
For highlight under my brow I used Urban Decay ABC Gum Eyeshadow (matte beige). MAC 252 Large Shader Brush

My brows are filled in with Anastasia Brow Wiz Pencil in Brunette and Anastasia Brow Powder Duo in Ebony (matte brown). Paula Dorf Eye Definer Flat Top Brush

DEFINE:
For my my lower lashline and waterline I used MAC Indigo Eyeliner (deep blue/teal).

For the crystals I used Create Your Style with Swarovski Elements and applied them with Duo Lash Adhesive.

To further define the eyeliner I used MAC Platinum Pigment (metallic platinum) with Illamasqua Sealing Gel. Sigma E11 Eyeliner Brush
I used L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black Mascara for my lashes and added Beautee Sense Style #212 Eyelashes for effect. Duo Lash Adhesive

For the outer lid and crease area I applied Bare Escentuals Wearable Brown Dark Eyeshadow (matte medium brown). MAC 217 Blending Brush
To deepen the crease I used Rock & Republic Fatalistic Eyeshadow (matte black). Sonia Kashuk Large Crease Brush
For highlight under my brow I used Makeup Geek Peach Smoothie Eyeshadow (matte light peach). MAC 252 Large Shader Brush

This is a look inspired by Nicki Minaj's 'Superbass' music video. She wore a simple yellow look in the beginning of the video and since yellow has been a summer trend I decided to recreate the look. I had so much fun with it and I think it translates much more subtle than you would think.

Eyes: 
PRIME:

I started off with NARS Smudgeproof Eye Shadow Base all over my lid up to the brow bone. 

I first applied MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW35 under my brow to define the arch. Paula Dorf Eye Primer Brush.  

I applied MAC Layin' Low Paintpot (creamy beige) all over my lid and slightly into the crease as my primary base. Real Techniques Base Shadow Brush

COLOR:

On the entire lid I used Magnolia Makeup Tart Pigment (satin lemon yellow). MAC 239 Shader Brush

I then applied Magnolia Makeup Saffronia Pigment (matte bright yellow) over the first color on the lid. MAC 239 Eye Shader Brush

On the outer lid and crease I used MAC Samoa Silk Eyeshadow (matte soft coral orange) followed by MAC Rule Eyeshadow (matte deep orange). MAC 217 Blending Brush

To deepen the crease I used MAC Cork Eyeshadow (matte medium brown) followed by MAC Cross Cultural Eyeshadow (matte deep brown). MAC 217 Blending Brush

For blending I used MAC Wild By Nature Eyeshadow (matte camel). MAC 217 Blending Brush

For highlight I used Magnolia Makeup Double Rice Pigment (matte yellowed ivory). MAC 252 Large Shader Brush 

On the lower lashline I applied and smudged MAC Eye Pencil in Pinkie (matte pink) topped with MAC Cool Pink Pigment. Cozzette Eyebrow/Mini Shader D230 Brush

I used Smashbox Lash DNA Mascara for my lashes and added Miss Adoro #79 Eyelashes for effect.

I used MUFE #12 Full Cover Concealer - Cozzette P350 Cylinder Concealer Brush - under my eyes set with Benefit Powderflage - Cozzette S150 Cylinder Setting Brush.

I used Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Amused (matte bright pink) for my cheeks - Cozzette Contour Stylist S135 Brush.
