Our Christmas Card

..... for those of you who don't get one in the mail...

Jason didn't really want his picture taken, even if it was to only do a 'cheezy-ugly-sweater' card. I even had (ugly) sweaters for the dogs. Maybe next year...
So I opted for our cartooned selves. Which is prob better anyway, since it shows me skinnier. :)

Dolls with Balls

First off, if you have never seen the movie KING PIN, with Woody Harrelson and Bill Murray, you need to. :) I have officially stepped into the world of bowling, I even have a membership card to prove it. Our team name: Dolls with Balls. I'm not the best bowler, but some nights I amaze myself. Last night I won myself a nice shiny gold pin. Yes, I'm sure Jason is proud of me... It's funny to see how some people take the game SO serious. It can get pretty intense. We like to go and just have fun, we know we're not THAT great and the only way our team is in first place is cuz we have a GINORMOUS handicap. To keep things fun
we try to accessorize ourselves in some way every week...

Tanner's a starter!!

Saturday was Tanner's first game as a starter (he's a red-shirt freshman). He played the whole game and did AWESOME! So awesome in fact, he won the "Champion Award" for the game, (an award recognized by the coaches and players... kinda like MVP) and the coach announced today he will also be starting this Friday against Boise State! (game will be on ESPN if you wanna watch.)

Jason was a good sport. He's been sick all week
but came to support my brother.
I had probably 10 layers going on, plus blankets on our laps.
Cold, snowy, wet...
But we never leave early,
mom and I are fans to the core.
(even if our core is frozen)

San Francisco

Kenna and I had the opportunity to go to San Fran or a few days. We had a blast, but with such a short trip we had to squeeze all the sight seeing into a day and a half. We were pooped! Kenna had never been before, and I had but it was only for about half a day as dad and I passed through while on our road trip to go up the coast on Hwy 1. I'm sure Kenna and I missed some things, but we sure did see a lot. And I swear we got pics from every side of the Golden Gate Bridge. Kenna LOVES the bridge, and I swear she about pee'd her pants as we drove across it cuz she was so excited.

There's FUN in Price UT??

Our dad has been working in Price the last few weeks, so Caleb and I decided to take a drive to see him for a couple days. He travels for work so we don't get to see him that often, and VERY rarely is it just the three of us together at one time. (since Caleb has been in Army 'n such) We always have a lot of fun when we're together and dad always finds a way to make us laugh til we are in tears, whether it's on purpose or not.

Dad showed us the sites (which really wasn't a whole lot... after all it is PRICE) Caleb and I hit the Prehistoric Museum. It houses many Paleontological and Archaeological wonders found right here in Utah. (do I sound smart using big words? ... Think dinosaurs, fossils, Indians, etc..) Then dad took us to see ZEBRAS. And no, they were not in a zoo. Some guy there actually farms ZEBRAS.

Then it was off to see some Watusi cows. They have ENORMOUS horns! One of which (he's dead now) set a record having been 18" in diameter and weighing over 400 lbs (the horns). Can you imagine THAT much weight on your head every day...

Dad's room at his B&B was Hawaiian themed.

We decided to leave dad a friend so he wouldn't be lonely.

We made a "Pillow man" wearing dad's clothes.

He later called us saying:

"I about SH*T my pants! I thought some homeless guy was sleeping on my bed. Didn't know if I should wake him or not... then I realized he was wearing my clothes!"

One Year!

This last year has gone by so fast. We've had a lot of fun and
I know we'll have even more in the years to come.

Sweat for a Pet

Yesterday the dogs and I had the opportunity to take part in a fundraiser for the Cache Human Society, Sweat for a Pet. There was a 5k run (no dog) or a 1 mile walk (with dog). I chose to do the 1 mile walk because I wanted to be able to bring the dogs so they can socialize with other dogs and people.... Also, because I just didn't want to run 3 miles. :) They had breakfast for everyone, t-shirts, goody bags, a silent auction with some pretty sweet stuff, and lil bandannas for the dogs. I loved the camo one on Bug and wish they had more, but unfortunately it was the last one. There were prob 50+ dogs, everything from Chihuahuas to St Bernards. I'm definitely glad I have little dogs, cuz little dogs mean little poop. That St Bernard was droppin ones the size of Sadee Bug!

We had ourselves a lil Fiesta at Cafe Sabor.

I am sober, believe it or not.

After dinner, we went home for cake and presents.

And for some reason,
Tanner and I thought it was fun to play with the bowls.
We're easily entertained.

We got a little carried away.
If you only knew what we call the brown bucket.....
you probably wouldn't want to put it on your head.
