Happy Birthday Traci

I just couldn't let this day go by without wishing Traci a "Happy Birthday".  Traci was born 27 years ago today.  We lived in Idaho Falls then.  I remember that it was a beautiful day and believe it or not, there was no snow on the ground.  After she was born, Steve celebrated by taking the day off and golfing.  I know its alot different today as there is lots of snow and I hear its been very cold. 

I'm soooo glad you are my daughter.  You are so beautiful and always full of fun.  Everyone loves to be around you.   We love you!!! Happy Birthday!!!

Kitchen and Bath updates

We updated our kitchen and bathrooms by adding new granite countertops and restaining the cabinets. We also added a new tile backspash. We are really excited about the way it turned out. Above is the before of my kitchen and below is the after. I wish we could of gotton new appliances but that is a future project.
Below is the guest bathroom. I really like the back splash we picked out.

Tyson's Eagle Court of Honor

Tyson made it. His Court of Honor turned out great and we thank those who were able to come. He leaves for college on Thursday so we will be "empty nesters". Who am I going to blog about?

We are proud to announce that Tyson got his Eagle. Of course he is a procastinator and waited until the night before his 18th birthday to go to his board of review. He will be presented with his Eagle on Sunday night, Aug. 16th @ 5:00 p.m. in a special Court of Honor. We are very happy for his hard work in achieving this honor. Good job Tyson.

Preference 2009

Kelsey Edmunds asked Tyson to preference by scattering the golf balls on our front lawn. What a good way to ask him. Kelsey also plays golf. She is on the girls golf team. Doesn't Ty and Kelsey look great together?

Happy 18th Birthday Tyson. Can you believe it? Our baby turned 18 on March 26. He's been such a joy to have around. He keeps Steve and I young. We love you Tyson. You are now an adult but we won't kick you out just yet.

What a fun time we had. Thank you Traci for letting us stay with you. Lets do it again sometime.
