 I'm here today to share my latest DT creation for 'A Place To Start' where for the next month we would like to see you use the technique..... 

MIRROR STAMPING

if you are unsure of this technique, there are plenty of instructional videos online.

It is one of my favourite techniques to use, it just means you get more use out of your stamps!

I just knew as soon as I saw these cookies what I wanted to do. I have had this 'Sweet Things' embossing board for about 6 months & never used it, so these cookies were just shouting for me to use it!! I love the finished piece...my friend decided it would go nicely in her daughters bedroom lol!!

It's A Boy!

Today's Try Stampin' on Tuesday creation, has been made for some friends of ours. Who seem to have been pregnant forever! Poor love glad its not me, madness in the winter but being pregnant when its hot...no thanks!! 

She gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy Tom, on the 10th August. We haven'e been to see the little cutie yet as they have a lot of family, fingers crossed for this weekend xx

Anyhoos, the reason behind this image....Our friend is the kinda Dad who just does the fun bits, no nappy changing, feeding etc unless he is on his own with bubbs. If anyone else is around they always end up doing it lol....so this image just seemed perfect!

Oh I don't half ache today, everything hurts lol! But we had a fab day out in Wales at Lake Vyrnwy  the weather was stunning & so was the scenery! We also took a picnic with us, it was scrummy! Charlie dawg had a fab time splashing around in the streams & generally being a pain lol! But ya gotta love him!

Hello all I hope your all having a fab weekend, the weather is great here I hope it is for you!! We had a fantastic day yesterday at the Southport airshow....even Charlie dawg enjoyed it (except for when the vulcan flew over & the whole beach shook, he did dance around a bit wondering what it was....but his tail was waggin so he must have thought it funny!!

I will get around to posting some pictures over the next few days, gotta wait for Nige to sort them out & as he has a bad back today (always does the day after an airshow, its all the looking up lol) I'm not sure when he will be doing them!!
Also I have finally got him to join twitter! Only because I was telling him about what the planes were going to be doing next & he got fed up lol he sulked for ages before I told him I followed the Vulcan & the Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight & they were tweeting from the planes lol!!

Anyhoos I managed to make a card this afternoon, another C&S I just love making these now, no hassle no fuss, no added tat as Nige calls it!

How cute is he!!! Crafty Emma lost her Dad last year, in a tragic accident at work.

This image has been designed by Sally-Ann at Digi Stamp Boutique to help raise funds for The Yorkshire Air Ambulance who helped Crafty Emma's Dad. The image is only avaliable from Crafty Emma's blog & costs £1.50 & all proceeds will go to the YAA.
