10 Months Old!

The past few weeks have been very interesting in the Pitzenberger house. Lily now has 2 teeth! After teething for months and months, her bottom two have arrived. We figured something was up when she acted angry one evening--hitting her highchair tray, grabbing and throwing the spoon, screaming and hitting her beloved Daddy and Mommy in the faces. Of course she slept through the night still...nothing could disturb her daily hibernation! Lo and behold, a tooth had sprung by morning. Same scenario with the second one. We're thinking it might be a long ride with 18 more coming!

We have always known Lily is quite the talker, but this week it's like something clicked. Some of her words she is initiating on her own now, and using them in the right context. She has been saying: hi, bye-bye, uh oh, da da, ma ma, puppy, and her very favorite, no no! We've been told that her 2 year old daycare friend Jaiden says that one to her a lot. She likes to say "no no" to us when we're taking Max's dog toys away from her or doing other things she disapproves of!

Along with the talking, she is pulling herself up to standing. Still mostly army crawling around...we are told she might skip "real" crawling and go right to walking. Either way, she's in to EVERYTHING! So curious :)

Finally, Lily is always laughing. Her laugh is so infectious! Here she is laughing at PuppyBowl (we usually don't park her in front of the TV like this, but thought it was a special occasion).
