President & Sister Godwin have returned home and will report on serving in the Great California San Bernardino Mission July 2010 to July 2013 on July 14, 2013

We are home from our mission and will be reporting in Sacrament Meeting in our home ward on July 14 (This coming Sunday!) at 9:00 a.m.in the Mountain Ridge LDS Chapel.   The address is 5853 West 10400 North in Highland, Utah.  Following the meeting we will meet at the home of Don and Jacki Hunter at 5500 West 10400 North (across from the Junior High School and just east of the church about a half mile) following the meeting to share donuts, fruit, muffins, etc. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible to renew acquaintances with some of the special people in our lives.  Many of our special missionaries are still serving and, of course, cannot make it, but if possible we would enjoy seeing some of the exceptional missionaries that have returned from their missionary service in the best mission in the world!!

Welcome Elder & Sister Johnson!

We are so happy to welcome Elder Norris and Sister Dawna Johnson.  They are from St. George and are assigned to serve in the Barstow California Ward.  Barstow was once a stake and is now a small ward so the Johnson's are serving there to 'rescue' the less active saints in the area .  They are devoted missionaries and will be a great example of missionary work in the Barstow area.

What an incredible church we belong to and we as missionaries have the wonderful opportunity and  mandate to share with all the world the message of the restored Gospel

The 360-member Mormon Tabernacle Choir provides music for most general conference sessions. The choir's April 2013 general conference pieces can be viewed at the Mormon Channel.

President Thomas S. Monson arrives for the Sunday afternoon session. President Monson counseled Latter-day Saints to be "good citizens of the nations in which you live and good neighbors in your communities, reaching out to those of other faiths as well as to our own."
