These are our christmas trees! Yeah... we had 2 small ones - Rodney's house isn't quite big enough for a regular sized one. At first I couldn't decide what colors to do on the tree, I wanted blue and silver or red and gold. As you can see I settled on red and gold... well I was actually sort of forced into it. Haha. I had a whole cart full of red and gold ornaments and then I switched my mind and wanted blue and silver and Rodney refused. I'm glad we did it how it is, I love it! :)
I gave Rodney some shoes, a Wii fishing game, a new book and some other random smaller gifts... and he gave me Wii mini golf, HD DVD player and some new perfume.
We spent Christmas in between Logan and Brigham. We were with Rodney's sister and parents for part of Christmas Eve and then Christmas day we went down to my parents house. It was a great Christmas - I couldn't have asked for more.
This is the gift Rodney bought me... yeah way more than he should've! It's a sweet snowboard and is so fun to ride on. We went down to Famous Dave's and had dinner with my family. The following week Rodney's parent's made me dinner and we celebrated with his family. It was definitely a fantastic birthday.
We're engaged!! So here's a shortened version of the proposal for those of you who don't know it yet... if you want more details just ask. Rodney had been telling me that he was doing some suprise for my birthday for quite some time. Then on 12/20, the night before my birthday, he asked! He took me out to my favorite restaurant Chili's.
