We Love Christmas!

We had such a great Christmas. The Robison crowd all came to celebrate with us. The kids got exactly what they wanted and to top it all of it was a white Christmas!

Yes, we are still here!

I know that I never post. So don't fall over. Just thought I would share a few pictures.

Roger

We have a new addition to our family. His name is Roger (roger) Robison. He is a 1 1/2 year old Jack Russell Terrier. I know.. what were we thinking? It was a moment of insanity. We really like him, but it is crazy enough around here and now we get to hear "ROGER!!" all day long. The kids cannot say his name with out yelling it and making it about 20 syllables. He earns his keep by cleaning up under Audrey after each meal. Now my broom can take a little rest.He is a great dog!

What is a Tar Heel?
The University not only uses the nickname "Tar Heels," but the entire state does as well. One version of the nickname's origin has the name first being applied to North Carolinians during the Civil War. One record talks of a battle in Virginia, where their supporting column retreated, but North Carolina troops fought alone. The victorious troops were asked in a condescending tone by some Virginians, who had retreated, "Any more tar down in the Old North State, boys?" The response came quickly: "No, not a bit; old Jeff's bought it all up." The Virginians asked: "Is that so? What is he going to do with it?" The reply: "He is going to put it on you'ns heels to make you stick better in the next fight."

Our Trip Out West!

We had a fun filled 2 weeks visiting family and friends! Heather has 250 photos of the time we were together. I won't post that many, but here are some highlights. (I have no idea what I did in the middle of this post.)

The Plane! The Plane!

The plane ride to Las Vegas was very eventful. The first leg was pretty smooth. The big kids watched movies on the I-pods and Audrey and I played. Then Audrey had a little accident. I am a veteran Mom- right? I have had three babies- I should know to pack an extra set of clothes. I did pack lots of clothes, I just didn't take them on the plane with me. When we connected to our next flight I only had time to get the messy diaper and clothes off. We had to run onto the plane- naked Audrey and all! I did wrap her in a blanket but we were the last ones on the plane and as she walked down the aisle all of the people were smiling and looking at her. She stopped in front of a girl and ripped her blanket off! The girl was a little surprised to be flashed by a two year old! How many people can say that they have flown across the country naked?!
