We had a great trip to Idaho. We took Katelyn to school. Here's the girls making the bed in the new place. It was a long week for Katelyn it being her first week away from home. She was so homesick but by Thursday she was doing so much better. It has been a change for all of us having her gone. Kaycee is doing the play and working so much so it is like they both left. On Friday night there were only three kids at home it seemed so quite. Krysten had Monica stay over of that made it seem more like a normal weekend. Katelyn called tonight and could only talk for a few minutes so she could get her homework done and still have time to do stuff with her roommates. Oh, college life at it's best.

It was so good to see family. Here's Rodney stopping by after morning chores. We did not do that much but spend time with family. We did take a drive over to Rigby and went to this little store (Abbott's) lots of stuff to look at that you don't see anywhere else. We tried a Chinese restaurant in Idaho Falls it was not good. Dad loves Chinese. We came home on Sunday, we had a nice trip and look forward to seeing everyone again.

Pictures

I started this blog because we had our family pictures taken about a month ago. We had a really nice experience. The boys, especially Dad, usually complain the whole time, but everyone enjoyed the pictures. It went really fast, Jeanna did such a great job. I decided that we needed to start a blog because Katelyn is leaving for BYU-Idaho. The pictures we had taken were excellent. If you ever want good pictures and a wonderful experience while having them taken call Jeanna Young, call me for her phone number, you will not be sorry that you did. Then I thought maybe I could post a few pictures and write some thoughts that would help us remember our times together, especially with Katelyn leaving . I can't wait to post that experience. We also will get to see the Boyce side of the family while we are in Idaho, we always have an enjoyable time there. All this has made me realize that I do not want to forget anything. I hope our family and our friends enjoy the journey as much as we do.
